For years, I worked at the heart of banking and technology, leading complex transformations—cloud migrations, core banking modernization, cybersecurity frameworks. I saw firsthand how much effort went into upgrading systems, yet how often the human side of change was overlooked. Technology moved fast, but people were expected to simply “catch up.” Leaders carried responsibility but were rarely supported to lead with resilience, balance, and humanity.
That gap kept tugging at me. I realized what organizations truly needed was not just smarter systems, but stronger, future-ready leaders. Leaders who could navigate disruption with courage, who could see beyond processes and numbers, and who could place trust, empathy, and adaptability at the center of transformation.
At the same time, my personal journey shaped this vision. As a mother of twins, I learned that resilience is not a theory—it’s lived daily in the balance of responsibility and care. My multicultural experiences across India, the Middle East, and the U.S. showed me that leadership is universal, but human connection is what gives it power.
And so, Essha was founded. A space where coaching meets cyber resilience. Where technology is guided by purpose. Where leadership is reimagined not as a title, but as a responsibility to inspire and uplift.
Every program, every coaching conversation, every framework in Essha is built on this belief. It is not just about preparing organizations for tomorrow – it is about preparing leaders for the future of humanity.
