At first, it was hard to lead my team through problems, with digital security. With the right help, I was able to come up with clear ways to make cyber-aware habits. Today, I’m sure I can tell my team about how to keep private financial data safe, and be ready for risks.
Our teams were working alone and didn’t have many chances to talk about their ideas. Workshops and group teaching made it possible for people to work together in a safe environment. Because of this, team members are closer and are always learning from each other.
During tough times, it was hard for me to connect emotionally, with my staff, which hurt morale. That changed, when the S.P.A.R.K.L.E.S.TM Emotional Intelligence model was used. The fact that my team feels as respected and supported, made conversation and work better.
